Discounts, coupons and promotions are never combined. Validity of prices and order confirmation by email By sending the order form you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. The price applied will be the one set at the time of the order. However, it is possible that some offers or items have in the meantime sold out or have undergone particularly significant price changes. In this case, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (without penalties for both parties) and possibly offer you an alternative product.

Responsibility

It is understood that www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it assumes no responsibility for the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In the event of defective or non-functioning goods, www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it will have the sole burden of repairing or replacing it at its discretion. In no case will www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it be held responsible for lost earnings due to the inability to use the purchased products.

Order fulfillment

Unless otherwise indicated, we reserve the right to send the available products and subsequently the products not in stock without further charges for the customer. If, on the other hand, the partial evasion is explicitly requested by the customer, he will have to bear the burden of the additional shipment. The lack of products or parts of them in the package or their possible damage during transport must be declared within 2 days of receipt of the package (also by email). At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact in all its parts, not damaged or wet or in any case altered in the closing materials, in which case he must immediately challenge the courier who makes the delivery of any damage, by putting a “goods control reserve” on the accompanying document (counter-signed by the courier himself) and declare everything by email to info@matteobonadiesgioielli.it.

Delivery methods and times

www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it ships by courier GLS, TNT, Bartolini, FedEx or equivalent which have always offered a fast and guaranteed service. Average shipping times are 2-4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded), but these may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, by delivering the products to the address specified at the time of the order. It is very important, during the purchase phase, to indicate a valid email address, in order to allow the courier to communicate that he has taken charge of the shipment and thus optimize the delivery methods.

Shipping cost

www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it applies the following shipping costs valid only for Italy:

Express courier for amounts up to € 1,000.00 transport cost € 10.00.

For amounts exceeding € 1,000.00 transport costs € 50.00. This amount is inclusive of shipping and insurance costs, using the value transport of the Ferrari courier.

These rates are valid only for Italy.

For shipments abroad we will provide quotes upon request.

Payment methods and terms

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

• the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal;
• all costs associated with returning the Products are fully anticipated by www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it;
• www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it undertakes to reimburse the sum spent for the returned goods, withholding the return shipping costs, or as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal provided that:

1. the products have been returned and are intact;
2. the original packaging / packaging of the products is also returned and the same is intact;
3. any accessories are also returned and are intact;
4. the products have not been used in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
5. www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it will communicate to the Customer the methods of reimbursement of the price and may, for this purpose, ask the Customer for his bank details (IBAN and account holder).

In the event that the product is deteriorated or damaged www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it will refund the product anyway, but at the price decreased by the depreciation caused by the customer. In the event that the package is refused, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs and all additional costs for returning it to the sender. The only case in which the customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs and return costs is for the return of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer or in case of damage to them due to transport or shipping errors by the Seller. In case of return of the products just listed, www.matteobonadiesgioielli.it will bear the transport costs for the return of the products. Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the items. As indicated in points 1. 2. 3. 4. it is necessary to close the item or items to be returned in the same box used for our shipment, if this is not possible we recommend for safety reasons that the return is well packaged and protected.
